“Physical Fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Geeks knew: That intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”-President John F. Kennedy

To start off, what this quote means is that  we should always try to stay healthy because it is the key to success in life . Also, not only that but when you’re not in good physical condition you get lazy and you’re not willing to cooperate with yourself saying you will do something but that laziness keeps you away from doing what you put yourself to do .In life you always try to to keep a stable health condition so that you can become someone great and make others and yourself proud. Although, the sad part is that not everyone thinks that “physical fitness” is the key to success and making something out of it. The way people look at it from their point of view is just as an activity or hobby you can enjoy and it won’t be necessary in life. There are  many great reasons why we do physical fitness in school not just only to stay healthy but so that we can learn something out of it.A Physical fitness also involves the way you think and how you see things in life . The only way you will succeed in life is if you’re in a good healthy condition because that's the only time you will actually be strong.

“If it is not right, do not do it; if it is not true, do not say it.” -Marcus Aurelius

To start off, we must never do what is not right. This is what Marcus Aurelius is trying to say. You must always choose the right because that is what’s right and choosing the right gets you to good things. He also says that if it is not true to not say it. This is like being aware of what we say. We shouldn’t say things that we know are false. We shouldn’t say things which aren’t true because it is like spreading rumors that aren't even true. That is choosing the wrong. We should all never do the wrong and say fake things if we know they aren't true .We must always be aware of our words & actions.Always CTR!

Thanksgiving_The-First-Thanksgiving_cph.3g04961-E.jpegTo start off, Thanksgiving is a national holiday that is  celebrated in Canada and the US. In fact thanksgiving was originally just a  day to celebrate giving thanks for the blessing of harvest. Here in the U.S thanksgiving day is celebrated the fourth Thursday of November. The 1st thanksgiving was celebrated by pilgrims in the new world in the year 1621. In September 1620 a ship left Plymouth, England, carrying 102 passengers. The pilgrims were seeking a new home in which they could practice their own beliefs. Although in march they received a visit from an Abenaki Indian which greeted them. Later on days pass and he turned with another native american. They taught the pilgrims how to catch food and ways to get other food.Therefor, in 1621 was when the first thanksgiving happened. After all this the  pilgrims celebrated their successful year in harvest. In 1623 the pilgrims held another thanksgiving dinner to mark the end of a long drought which threatened the year's harvest.

“Doing what is right, fair, and honorable is more important than winning or losing.”
     -Chick Moorman
To Start off, there are things which are far more important than winning. Choosing the right is one of those things. For example when winning it is winning a prize and feeling good. But  also what if you won a wrong way? It’ll be in your conscious that it wasn’t right for you to win. You will think about how you could have changed that. Not only that but how it was wrong of you to do that . It is way better to do what’s right because you will not only be doing the right thing but you will feel right about it . If you don’t win it's okay because you know you at least tried your best . You will still feel good because you did what is right. Therefor it will feel right.

”These are the 3 magic keys to living your life with integrity.”

                                      W. Clement Stone
     1. Have the courage to say no.
     2. Have the courage to face the truth.
     3. Do the right thing because it is right.

To start off, I agree with this statement made by Mr.Stone. Having integrity is to be honest. Firstly, like he said, you need to have the courage to say no. If people are telling you to do something illegal with them you need to learn to say no because that is wrong. If you’re someone who can’t say no then you’ll get in a lot of trouble. Since you’ll always say yes to things even if it’s wrong. Secondly having the courage to face the truth. Not being able to face the truth will keep you in denial of a lot of th
