Medical Assistant

Duties and responsibilities:  

To start off, the duties of a medical assistant is different from being a doctor although there allied health professional that supports the work of physicians and other type of health professionals.They mostly work in a clinic most of the time . What they do is they do routine tasks and procedures such as measuring patients vital signs, administering medical medications and injections. Not only that but they record the  medical information that is  called medical record keeping systems.Lastly, they also start preparing and handling medical instruments and supplies, and collecting and preparing specimens of bodily fluids and tissues for laboratory testing. They perform these duties under the supervision of a professional physician.

Salary:

They get paid at least 30,590 but hourly they get paid 14.71

Education:

The minimum education for a medical assistant is a high school diploma. Although some states require training or examination for those who do clinical work, and some employers prefer assistants with training of certification. Most medical assistant jobs go to those who are certified.
