To start off, what i believe this quote is trying to tell us is that whenever you're gonna make a decision think about it carefully because they can be bad and good choices .Although first think if it's good make it if it's bad and you already know the consequences to the action or choice you're about to make then you know what to choose.Always choose wisely because it has many effects to your life like how it can see as your reputation. So i agree with this quote it is basically in short words telling us to think twice before to take action.For example, let's say you're at the store and you're with your friends and they tell you to steal something first stop to think what is it a bad decision you're going to make or a good one and therefore you will see what happens.Don't try to act cool with them and make the wrong decision because wrong decisions lead to wrong/bad thing .Be yourself make the right decisions because you are you and they are they you know what's right from wrong.Always choose the right.Be a CTR person. Dont be a CTW .person.
