Optometry Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

To start off, an  Optometric Assistant sometimes is a medical assistants, what they do is they work in offices of optometric and in the vision face facility. They have to be very administrative and clinical. Optometrist assistants help the optometrists by diagnosing test, recording and measuring vision, test eye functioning and cleaning and arranging equipment.

Salary: $35,530

Education:

To be one you need your high school degree and 1-2 year program in medical assisting at a vocational school of community.
