To start off, i agree with this statement .But in order to step up and be a CTR person you've always have to have character in order to step up and do the right thing. If we have a good character then we will definitely do the right thing at the right time.For instance,if you lie and you don't feel good about it step up and tell the truth.We need to build up character and step up to do the right thing so we can have an experience on how the “great moment” feels. Not only is she telling us that we should have character but also to choose the right all the time because that is the only way to do the right thing at the right time.
